With the UN Climate Change Conference (COP24) in Katowice, Poland happening in just over a month, the Malaysian Youth Delegation (MYD) has teamed up with the Singapore Youth for Climate Action (SYCA) and Energy Studies Institute (ESI) to bring you a capacity building session geared towards Youths and how we can prepare for COP24.
The session will be facilitated by SYCA co-founder Nor Lastrina Hamid, along with MYD members, Aaliyah Hasna, Mike Campton, Nurul Syahirah Mat Aron and Shaqib Shahril. They will be sharing their Youth participation experience in the UNFCCC process from COP21 in Paris, all the way to last month’s SB48-2 UN Climate Change Conference in Bangkok. They will also be giving an update from SB48-2 Bangkok and where the climate talks are heading as we get closer to COP24.
